Fees + Sessions

We enrol children from the day they turn 2 years old until they reach school age.

At The Lenches Pre-School we have a simple registration procedure and admission form that can be obtained and completed here.

We accept Childcare Vouchers from most providers and schemes.

There is a non-refundable registration charge of £30.00.  Each child will receive a book bag and a branded Pre-School t-shirt.

We are transparent about our competitive rates, ensuring that families have a clear understanding of the costs involved. Our goal is to provide high-quality education and care for your child while offering affordable options to meet your family's needs. We strive to make our fees as accessible as possible.

Per hour £5.80

Breakfast Club

We offer Breakfast Club on Monday to Friday from 8.30am at an additional cost of £5.80.

We provide a small breakfast for the children consisting of a choice of toast, fruit, cereal and a drink of milk. After breakfast children can play a selection of games and activities to keep them busy until 9am, when the other children arrive to the Pre-school.

Nursery Education Funding

The Lenches Pre-school provides government Nursery Education Funding for children who are two, three and four years old. This funding entitles a child to receive 15 hours of Universal Funding or up to 30 hours of Extended Funding per week, 38 weeks of the year.

If you child is eligible for any of the funding, you will receive a form from the manager to fill in. Once the contract has been signed and agreed, the entitlement will secure funding for a full term and you will not be able to transfer the free entitlement payment to another provider until the term ends.

Early Years Pupil Premium

Childcare providers can claim extra funding through EYPP to support individual children’s development, learning and care. The funding provides a small amount of extra  funding for three and four old children whose parents are in receipt of certain benefits or children who have been, or previously been looked after by the local authority.

The funding can be used in any way we choose to improve quality to the early years education. This might include additional training for staff, buying resources for a child or providing some extra sessions. Each case will be individually discussed and agreed with parents/ carers.

We operate during term time.
